Our Head Chef, Dino Amista, is passionate about Italian food. He believes in selecting only the finest of regional and seasonal ingredients, from line caught fish and traditionally reared meats to organic fruit and vegetables. This gives The Glass Room a unique edge in treating you to a memorable Modern Italian Cuisine.
The Glass Room serves the best of contemporary cuisine but also keeps some of the popular classic Italian recipes such as Linguine with Wild Clams as well as Dino's version of Organic English Lamb with Vegetables; there is a variety of recipes to suit every palate.
